(OC) Samuel Reference Sheet

A reference sheet I did of my original character for Artfight.

Artfight description: Samuel (23, He/They) is a Filipino-American superhero based in Lunea, a fictional metropolis in an alternate earth's Hawaii (Year 2031). He has the power to control and mutate plants (think Poison Ivy or something idk) when exposed to sunlight, or when equipped with special UV-B bracelets courtesy of his agency--Prometheus. Because of the practical use of his powers, they requested to be mostly sent on conservation or relief missions (e.g, regrowing forests that have burned down, growing food for various communities, providing lumber to reconstruct homes after natural disasters).
